We are a neurodivergent-led Community Interest Company (CIC) created to improve support and outcomes for neurodivergent people.
We started Neurodiverse Connection to deliver better outcomes for the people we work with (and to provide a better working environment for our own team).
As individuals, we had all faced barriers and challenges in employment, so we set out to create Neurodiverse Connection as a work environment where neurodivergent professionals could be empowered to help other neurodivergent people.
