Black Recruiters Network was born out of the post-pandemic and global racial-equality movement.
We are a community-led organisation for Black professionals in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People & DEI, headquartered in London with members based across the United Kingdom, Europe, USA and beyond.
Our mission is to offer a safe space, visibility, and opportunities to our community members, globally.
Having grown organically, demand for partnerships from organisations and mission-led communities cemented our impact to challenge systems, processes and biases across the recruitment landscape. Our partners recognise the value of the Black Recruiters Network and the imperative need for Black representation.
At our core, we exist to serve our members!
From graduate professionals, solo founders, in-house leads and more, we champion the development and success of our members throughout their careers!
