We empower women and girls to take the lead and pursue their dreams
In Lean In Circles, women can get and give peer mentorship, learn new skills, and be unapologetically ambitious. More than 100,000 community members in 183 countries have started a Circle, and new ones are starting every day. We also recently released Lean In Girls, a leadership program designed to help girls see themselves as leaders in a world that often tells them they’re not. At the heart of the program is a curriculum that helps participants embrace their leadership superpowers and reject stereotypes about what girls can’t do.
